Privacy Policy

Mercantio is a product of Theros Creations, currently in private beta. This policy describes, in plain language, how we handle the data you share with us — in compliance with Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).

1. What we collect

On this invite-request landing page, we collect only:

• Email: so we can let you know about your invite and beta status.
• Note (optional): free-form text you can write in the form, used to prioritize early-user access.

We don't use advertising tracking cookies on this page.

2. How we use it

• To manage the private beta invite queue.
• To send you Mercantio-related communications (invite, product updates, end of beta).
• To understand, in aggregate, who's interested and prioritize features.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share only with service providers needed to operate (e.g., transactional email provider), under contract and confidentiality.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data while the beta is active and while you want to receive updates. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Under LGPD, you can request:

• Confirmation that we process your data;
• Access, correction, or portability of your data;
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion;
• Consent withdrawal and unsubscribing.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. As with any online service, no transmission is 100% secure — but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.

7. Changes to this policy

Since the product is in beta, this policy may change. When it does, we update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
